I really enjoy baking but after my macaron disaster last year, I have been a bit hesitant to try anything that appears difficult. I love palmiers, French for palm trees, and have found a few recipes that seem easy enough. And if I have some luck then perhaps I will pick up a copy of The Art of French Baking, it would be a delicious way to keep busy this summer!

J'apprécie vraiment la cuisson, mais après mon désastre macaron l'an dernier, j'ai été un peu hésitant à essayer tout ce qui paraît difficile. J'aime palmiers, français pour les palmiers, et nous avons trouvé quelques recettes qui semblent assez facile. Et si j'ai un peu de chance alors peut-être Je vais ramasser une copie de L'art de la boulangerie française, ce serait une façon délicieuse de se tenir occupé cet été!
