Emilio Pucci's Resort 2012 collection is perfect for summer.  The collection is a mix of bright colors and clean white, continuing with the white and coral trends seen so far.  The sixties inspired collection has tailored pants and jackets for work, a printed bathing suit for the beach as well as crocheted cover ups, and sparkling dresses in fruity colors for a night out.

The Nina Ricci Resort 2012 collection is a mix of outfits perfect for work, nights out and numerous other occassions.  Once again the all white trend is a strong theme in the collection, along with the equally popular coral. 



Yves Saint Laurent Lipsticks

I think Yves Saint Laurent's lipsticks are lovely.  I love the gold tubes and pearl or colored accents.  An added bonus is that the gold tube will be much easier to find in your purse than a black one.

This Badgley Mischka dress from the 2012 Resort collection looks very similar to the famous white dress Marilyn Monroe wore in the Seven Year Itch; the only strong difference is the halter top.

Monique Lhuillier Resort 2012

Completely white ensembles was a reoccurring trend in the 2012 resort collections.  In my opinion the best collection featuring this trend was Monique Lhuillier's show.  My favorite looks were the classic shirt dress, peg legged white pants, and the ruffled trench coat.

Carolina Herrera Resort 2012

The Carolina Herrera Resort collection is perfect for summer, there are crisp cotton blouses, full silk skirts, and long flowing dresses.  The simpler skirt and blouse combinations and short dresses can be worn for any occasion; and their is a variety of long dresses that will be perfect for wedding season.  The colors are striking and the prints and fabrics are very pretty.  

Hermes Bracelet

The Hermes Farandole PM bracelet is made of 18 karat rose gold.  I am not a fan of large chunky bracelets, so this one is perfect in my opinion.  I like smaller bracelets that look pretty on my wrist instead of overbearing ones.  I like a string of pearls or a dangling charm bracelet.

Chanel Ballet Flats

I love the classic color combination of cream and black.  I have read that Chanel ballet flats are extremely soft and comfortable, which is the reason for most girls to wear flat shoes.  They will be in style forever and are supposed to be of very good quality and last a very long time.  They are made of all leather which means they will stretch and soften with time and become increasingly comfortable.  I think they are just perfect.

The Yves Saint Laurent Resort collection was nautical inspired and filled with classic colors one can wear every season. The clothes were feminine and the hair and makeup was clean and pretty.

Jo Malone creates a large range of fragrant products that come in unique scents.  The luxurious products range from perfume, soaps and body washes, lotions, candles and more.  The fragrances are categorized by citrus, fruity, light floral, floral, spicy, and woody.  I love that you can buy candles of your favorite perfume scent or a matching lotion or soap.  The scents that entice me the most are Orange Blossom, English Pear & Freesia, and Nectarine Blossom & Honey.  I also like the clean and classic packaging of cream and black.
